This week, we begin to explore whether the ability to create robots as intelligent as humans will require us to embody these same robots as humans. We will watch three different videos to start this theme off, and then discuss. First up is Robosapiens, which gives a nice overview of some historically important humanoid robots. Second is So, Where's My Robot?, which updates things -- and casts a few clouds -- since Robosapiens. Finally we take a look at the Brooks' lab contributions with Rodney's Robot Revolution.
